Jamin D. Rubenstein, Esq.
Mr. Rubenstein is a Registered Patent Attorney (Reg. #53,537) with a background in the biological sciences. Mr. Rubenstein is a member of the Florida Bar (2001), Illinois Bar (2001-inactive) and the Federal Courts in the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida. Mr. Rubenstein can practice patent cases before the United States Patent and Trademark Office on behalf of clients anywhere in the world. Mr. Rubenstein’s practice includes:
- Prosecution of patents, trademarks, copyrights;
- Licensing and assignments;
- Confidentiality agreements; and,
- Intellectual property disputes.
Mr. Rubenstein volunteers with local attorneys at St. Johns County Legal Aid for their monthly pro-bono advice clinics. As a civilian, Mr. Rubenstein has been honored to help the Veterans Council of St. Johns County with intellectual property matters. Along with his professional credentials, Jamin brings a perspective evolving from extensive world wide travel, a respectful sensitivity to different cultures, and a concern for environmental issues.

Jamin received his B.A. from the University of Florida (1997), and law degree from Southern Illinois University (2000). Jamin holds a Private Pilot license (#3209445). To serve his clients and community better, Jamin successfully completed the following courses online: Health Policy and the Affordable Care Act, University of Pennsylvania (2012); Internet History, Technology, and Security, University of Michigan (2013); Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Steps in Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland (2014); and, How to Change the World, Wesleyan University (2014).
