IP Aware℠ is a customized client service designed to meet these knowledge needs. After preliminary meetings and gathering of any business plans, a short program of individual or group workshops will prepare clients to actively manage their assets. This insures general managers and other people within an organization have a basic working knowledge of the various assets, i.e. patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade-secrets.

Creation Catalog

Management develops a working Creation Catalog. The Creation Catalog is reviewed periodically with existing business plans. Similar to accounting records, the Creation Catalog identifies protection status, commercialization, competition, and actual or potential financial returns for each asset. Updating the Creation Catalog prepares management for informed decision making and is fundamental for intellectual asset management.
